The SEC Tournament continues to reach new heights.

Shortly after Tennessee defeated LSU on Sunday afternoon to capture the 2024 SEC Tournament title, the league announced that over 180,000 people attended the week-long event in Hoover, Alabama.

The attendance of 180,004 set a new all-time record for the SEC Tournament:

By all accounts, it was a great week in Hoover that featured plenty of upsets, high-scoring games and intense moments. All 4 of the top seeds lost their opening-round game on Wednesday, but it was No. 1-seeded Tennessee who was able to rally and ultimately win the crown.

LSU finished runner-up, but provided plenty of excitement throughout the week. The Tigers scored a total of 42 runs in their first 4 games of the SEC Tournament before being limited to 3 runs by Tennessee in the title game.

In addition to the Vols and the red-hot Tigers, the SEC has numerous teams who are expected to contend for the national championship. Here are the latest odds for all the top SEC programs to win the national championship (via DraftKings):

  • Tennessee: +500
