WATCH: Rutgers QB tosses one of the most inexplicable INTs of the season

Sometimes, when a quarterback is under pressure, he’ll make a bad throw that gets intercepted by the defense.
In the case of Rutgers QB Artur Sitkowski, that pressure is imaginary and you make an inexplicable pass anyway.
As you can see below, even though he has a clean pocket, Sitkowski throws off his back foot to an area with no Rutgers receivers and the ball is easily picked off by Penn State:
Artur Sitkowski throws his 18th interception of the year, and this one is by far the worst. No pressure, off his back foot, with no receiver in the vicinity. pic.twitter.com/3H5jZ7qGnQ

That was Sitkowski’s 18th interception of the year, and it may have been his worst one yet.
We’ll see how many more he throws before Rutgers’ season comes to an end next weekend.
