Darius Rucker is rolling into Columbia like a Wagon Wheel.
Rucker is keeping good on his preseason promise and will play a student-only free concert at Colonial Life Arena Wednesday night. He promised the free concert if the Gamecocks made it to a bowl game, and that obviously happened under first-year head coach Will Muschamp.

Rucker also promised a “game day feel” for attendees and is said to have some special surprises for fans who attend.
Well, if the first images out of Rucker’s stage and set are any indication, he’s keeping good on the “game day feel” promise, too.
Justin King tweeted out the first sight of the stage, and it’s basically a football set.

The only thing that could possibly make this better would be Will Muschamp and Frank Martin singing a duet.
The University of South Carolina also tweeted out the following images:
A graduate of the University of Florida and founder of Saturday Down South, Kevin is a college football enthusiast.
