According to Pete Nakos of On3Sports, Jared Brown is transferring from Coastal Carolina to the Gamecocks for the 2024 season.

Brown is coming off an impressive 2023 campaign for the Chanticleers, racking up more than 1,000 all-purpose yards for the team. The sophomore had 58 catches for 740 yards and four touchdowns. On the ground, Brown carried the ball 15 times for 252 yards and a score.
