The investigation into whether Urban Meyer knew about a former staffer’s alleged 2015 domestic violence issues has taken the college football world by storm. Meyer was put on paid administrative leave while the investigation is conducted.

Will Muschamp knows first-hand a mess that Meyer can create within a football program, too, as he replaced Meyer at Florida in 2011. The Gators’ program was broken at that time, and Muschamp was hired to clean it all up.

On Thursday, Muschamp met with the media, and he was asked about issues of domestic violence that can can happen, and the South Carolina head coach told the media exactly what he told his coaching staff.

“If you see something, say something,” Muschamp said. “Told our staff again today, and I’ve told them multiple times since I’ve been at the University of South Carolina. We are very transparent about everything that happens in our organization. We know exactly who to talk to, whether it is Dr. Carl Wells on campus or Judy Van Horn in our athletic department, when we feel one of those situations arises. Our players understand that and our staff understands that.”
