As the coaching carousel continues around the country, it was announced that long-time Duke head coach David Cutcliffe is out in Durham, according to multiple reports.

After going 8-5 in 2018, the Blue Devils have had 3 straight losing seasons including a 2-9 overall record and going 0-9 in the ACC this season.

Cutcliffe came from Ole Miss to Duke back in 2008 and in 14 seasons as their head coach accumulated a 77-97 overall record and only 5 winning seasons under him.

Speculation has been that after this year that Cutcliffe could be out as head coach and the Duke administration has decided to pull the trigger on Sunday.

Cutcliffe took Duke to the ACC Championship game in 2013, but the Blue Devils will enter next season on a 13 game ACC losing streak.

Trooper Taylor, a former Auburn assistant, will serve as interim head coach.
