Travis Hunter, No. 2 overall 2022 recruit committed to FSU, leaves high school game in ambulance with leg injury

Football fans everywhere are concerned for one of the top prospects of the 2022 class.
Travis Hunter, a 5-star prospect committed to Florida State, was injured Friday night. Hunter asked for prayers, but said he will be ok, in a tweet accompanying a photo in the back of an ambulance. Details about the injury have not yet been reported, though On3 Sports is reporting Hunter left the game in the ambulance.

Hunter, from Suwanee, Georgia, is rated the No. 2 overall recruit in the class of 2022 on the 247Sports Composite. The 5-star Collins Hill product is graded as a cornerback on 247Sports, though he recently displayed his elite pass-catching skills as Mizzou pledge Sam Horn’s top wide receiver. Hunter has scholarship offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Tennessee.
