Considering Texas A&M gave Jimbo Fisher a fully guaranteed 10-year, $75 million contract this offseason, it may have come as a surprise to learn that he still hadn’t officially signed the deal.

However, that’s a fairly normal process, as Fisher’s agent and the Texas A&M lawyers just needed to hammer out some of the minor details and contract language.

On Tuesday, though, it was time to put pen to paper, and it was reported by Brent Zwerneman that Fisher officially signed his massive deal:

Now that the deal is officially signed, it’s time for Fisher to start delivering some wins. He’ll have a chance to do just that in a few short days when the Aggies host Northwestern State on Thursday, Aug. 30.
