Noah Thomas exited Texas A&M’s Week 3 matchup against UL Monroe with a lower body injury.

To state the obvious, this is not good news for the Aggies. Texas A&M is already without star WR Evan Stewart due to a minor injury, leaving Aggies QB Conner Weigman without another top target.

Thankfully, the Aggies are only playing UL Monroe. Texas A&M holds a comfortably 27-3 lead with just under a minute remaining in the first half. Severity of the injury aside, it seems unlikely Jimbo Fisher would risk anything with Thomas.

The Aggies have already put up a pair of 100-yard receiving games courtesy of Ainias Smith and Jahdae Walker. Smith has 6 receptions for 117 yard while Walker has 5 receptions for 110 yards and a touchdown. Thomas has zero receptions.

As of now, no further update has been reported on Thomas’ status. Let’s hope it’s nothing serious.
