Texas A&M added a pledge from its 2nd transfer portal wide receiver Sunday afternoon.
The receiver in question is former Louisiana tech standout Cyrus Allen, who will have 2 seasons of eligibility remaining after 2 strong seasons with the Bulldogs.
Allen, a former 3-star prospect, has started 18 games for Louisiana Tech across the past few seasons and totaled 1,278 yards and 8 touchdowns during that stint. He was named a Conference USA preseason All-American prior to the start of this past season.
Now, he’s heading to College Station. Allen chose the Aggies over offers from West Virginia, Oregon, Miami, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Mississippi State, Indiana, Vanderbilt and Baylor, to name a few.

Texas A&M has already added a wide receiver out of the portal in former Old Dominion wideouts Javon Harvey. Ramond Cottrell is the lone WR transfer out of Aggieland.
