The Texas A&M Aggies take a lot of pride in their fans being “The 12th Man,” challenging the Seattle Seahawks’ usage of the phrase.

Kyle Field is routinely packed when the Aggies play, and just in time for the 2018 season, the “Home of the 12th Man” signage at the stadium is getting an upgrade.

According to a release from the school, the font will be changed and lighting will be added in time for the opener on Thursday, Aug. 30, against Northwestern State:

The font will match the lettering throughout Kyle Field and this change will also allow for back lighting of the “Home of the 12th Man”. Instead of two static scoreboards flanking the signage, another stretch of video ribbon board will be in place.

The Aggies love their fans, and this upgrade is sure to look cool, especially during A&M’s three currently scheduled night home games.
