Texas A&M gets crushed for final play-call in the loss against Alabama
Texas A&M had every chance to beat the No. 1 team in the country Saturday.
The Crimson Tide had 4 turnovers, 2 missed field goals, a backup quarterback and a final play to win it Saturday and squandered it with a headscratcher on the goal line.

What could have been. Even if the receiver had caught it, he would have likely been short of the goal line. Add that to a low percentage throw in the first place and the outrage is justified.
The Aggies are now 3-3 on the year.
That final play call has been questioned by everyone across the college football landscape so far already. Fans took to social media to voice their disappointment in the final moments.
Even Johnny Football weighed in.
One of the worst calls I’ve ever seen in my life. You have one play to beat the #1 team in the country and that’s what we run

A&M with an all-time horrific play call. YIKES. Crimson Tide survive in Tuscaloosa. Even if he had caught the ball they threw it short of the goal line lol

The thing I love to do as an offensive genius head coach is to run a for-the-game play call short of the end zone with my quarterback who throws like an elephant.

Did that play call come up on Jimbo Fisher’s magic eight ball? That was brutally bad.
