Tim Brando says Texas A&M is 'without question, overrated' ahead of 2022 season
Texas A&M fans might want to head to their medicine cabinet to deal with the burns analyst Tim Brando was dishing out on Monday.
The CBS and FOX Sports analyst was discussing the third-best team in the conference, stating that it could be Ole Miss, Kentucky, or even Tennessee. Although the third-best team seems up for debate, Brando was clear in his opinion of which team it wouldn’t be — Texas A&M. Brando stated, “Texas A&M is, without question, overrated. I just think they’re sucking all the joy out of who is really is third.”
Brando didn’t stop there with his takedown of A&M, quipping “look, last year that team was mediocre except that one game against Alabama. They put it together. Good for them.”

The Aggies will look to improve on last year’s 4-4 conference record and fifth-place finish in the SEC West. Texas A&M will take on Sam Houston to open the season on Saturday, Sept. 3.
