Could Jimbo Fisher be headed to Texas A&M?
At least one Aggies beat writer seems to think it’s possible.
Brent Zwerneman of the Houston Chronicle joined The Paul Finebaum Show on Monday and said Texas A&M is interested in Florida State’s head coach.
Of course, with two parties involved, Fisher also would need to be interested — but it doesn’t seem to be out of the realm of possibilities.
The Seminoles have been having a putrid season. Florida State is currently 3-5 overall after coming into the year with national championship aspirations. Many FSU fans are not happy, despite the fact the Noles lost starting quarterback Deondre Francois in Week 1 against Alabama.
For Aggies fans who also aren’t happy, this could be an interesting story line to follow should the A&M head coaching job open up at some point this season.
