NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace volunteers to play QB for Tennessee
How bad have things gotten for Tennessee’s offense against Kentucky?
NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace has volunteered his services to play quarterback for Tennessee.
If you missed it, Jarrett Guarantano has thrown multiple pick sixes in the game, which led to his benching.
With Guarantano on the bench, JT Shrout entered the game and immediately threw an interception on his first pass attempt of the game.
Shrout’s interception led to a field goal for Kentucky, which put the Wildcats up 17-0 in Neyland Stadium.
Following the rough start, many Tennessee fans have been calling for Guarantano to be benched.
It’s gotten so bad, Tennessee fan Wallace shared this tweet:
Can’t be any worse…

I don’t know about that-we’ve already got a qb that gets in trouble over not seeing the obvious.
Maybe he can find something he is good at but be careful of those hidden racist symbols.
Why give this idiot any coverage?
I thought the last several several years I’d seen the last of games like this for this program
…I really don’t know what to think.
Surely looks like a Vol-Implosion.
Jarrett Guarantano is just a kid doing the best he can. He doesn’t deserve to be insulted by a famous fan of HIS OWN TEAM. Bubba is an ass who can’t leave the trolling to UT’s rivals.
No thanks Bubba. Go away.
“Umm, Bubba, that’s a jock strap…”
“I KNOW WHAT I SAW!”
Why isn’t anyone volunteering to play offensive tackle?
(no pun intended)
