Jeremy Pruitt’s Tennessee Volunteers came out and laid an egg against Arkansas Saturday night and lost 24-13.

The Vols had a week off to prepare for the Hogs, and it didn’t necessarily show. Before leaving with a head injury, quarterback Jarrett Guarantano finished with just 42 yards passing. Backup signal caller Brian Maurer didn’t fare much better, as he missed on all 4 of his attempts. Freshman Harrison Bailey’s first pass was intercepted, along with a second to end the game.

Arkansas (and former Gators) quarterback Feleipe Franks finishes his college career 3-0 against the Vols. He finished Saturday 18-of-24 for 215 yards and 3 passing touchdowns.
