Josh Heupel and the Tennessee Vols arrived in Florida on Sunday night ahead of the Orange Bowl against Clemson.

One of the first questions Heupel faced was Tennessee’s high-powered offense against Clemson’s strong defense.

“Thereโ€™s great players all over the field when two great teams like this get together,” he said, per 247Sports. “At the end of the day, I think youโ€™ve got to do what you do. Youโ€™ve got to have some wrinkles to put your kids in a position to be successful. You know, a bowl game, long layoff, youโ€™ve got to go out and execute. Our preparation back home and certainly this week, when weโ€™re in meetings, when weโ€™re on the practice field, we have to do that at a really high level.”

Heupel noted that Pahokee, Florida native Joe Milton III is excited to play in front of familiar faces.

โ€œThis is a homecoming for him. Heโ€™s a guy thatโ€™s from South Florida. Heโ€™s gonna have a lot of family and friends here at the game. This means a lot to him. Heโ€™s somebody that inside of our program has had a voice and has been a leader all year long, and has prepared really consistently. As much growth as heโ€™s had from Year One to Year Two in what weโ€™ve done has just how he handles every day inside of our building, Iโ€™m proud of him for that. But thatโ€™s also led into him being consistent in his preparation up until weโ€™ve landed here tonight in South Florida.โ€
