Local prospect Drew Pember announces he will play for Rick Barnes at Tennessee

Tennessee has added its second player for 2019 as Bearden prospect Drew Pember announced his commitment to Rick Barnes’ program on Friday. The Vols already held a commitment from forward Davonte Gaines.
The 6-foot-9, 190-pound Pember is rated as a three-star prospect and the No. 6 overall player from the Volunteer State for the 2019 recruiting cycle according to 247Sports.
The Knoxville native announced his commitment with the following tweet:
