Former Florida S Matt Elam will face serious charges following his arrest in Miami on Sunday morning.

According to OnlyGators.com, Elam was arrested after a routine traffic stop when he was found with 126 grams of marijuana and three grams of oxycodone.

He’ll face felony charges for possessing more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance, in addition to a reckless driving charge.

Elam was a first-round pick of the Ravens in 2013, performing well in his first two seasons. However, he missed the entire 2015 season with a biceps injury and only played in nine games last year.

The Ravens didn’t pick up the option on his contract, so he was set to be a free agent this offseason.
