SEC commitments continued rolling in from Saturday’s U.S. Army All-American bowl, including four-star defensive end prospect D’Andre Walker, who committed to the Georgia Bulldogs during the fourth quarter of the annual showcase game.

“The reason why I picked the University of Georgia is because I can learn a lot there,” Walker said, citing the school’s defensive system, the quality of the education it offers and its proximity to his hometown of Fairburn, Ga., as the reasoning for his decision.

Walker chose Georgia from a pool of three finalists, all hailing from the SEC. The losers in the Walker sweepstakes include Auburn and Tennessee.

The 6-foot-3, 210-pound pass rusher recorded 102 tackles, 23.5 sacks and three forced fumbles in 12 games as a senior at Langston Hughes High School.

According to the 247Sports composite player rankings, Walker is considered the No. 10 defensive end prospect in the country. He’ll join a Georgia defense that finished sixth in the SEC in sacks in 2014 and 11th in tackles for loss.
