Top 10 recruits by SEC states

Based on 247Sports’ 2015 composite rankings by state, here are the 10 best prospects in Missouri and where they’re headed:

  1. Drew Lock, QB, 6-5, 200, Lees Summit (Four-star, Mizzou commit) — The U.S. Army All-American is the jewel of this year’s class for the Tigers, the potential replacement for Maty Mauk in two seasons. Lock’s father, Andy, is a former Mizzou offensive lineman.
  2. Alex Ofodile, WR, 6-3, 180, Columbia (Four-star, Oregon commit) — The Ducks came in and swooped this four-star wideout from underneath Mizzou’s nose at nearby Rock Bridge High in Columbia. Ofodile has 4.5 speed with great acceleration and a knack for making plays in traffic. There’s some that still think Ofodile could flip before signing day.
  3. Hale Hentges, TE, 6-5, 235, Jefferson City (Four-star, Alabama commit)
  4. Carlos Davis, DE, 6-2, 265, Blue Springs (Three-star, Nebraska commit)
  5. Marquise Doherty, ATH, 6-1, 190, Kansas City (Three-star, uncommitted)
  6. Khalil Davis, DT, 6-2, 260, Blue Springs (Three-star, Nebraska commit)
  7. Tre Moore III, QB, 6-3, 185, Saint Louis (Three-star, Yale commit)
  8. Alec Murphy, RB, 6-1, 220, Nixa (Three-star, Mississippi St. commit)
  9. Ryan Williams, RB, 5-11, 185, Lees Summit (Three-star, Mizzou commit)
  10. Cameron Hilton, DB, 6-1, 175, Saint Louis (Three-star, Mizzou commit)
