Alabama QB has transferred, excited to start a new chapter

Last month, it was reported that Alabama backup QB Alec Morris intended to transfer to North Texas following the conclusion of the Crimson Tide’s season.

Well, Morris made a significant addition to his jewelry collection by sticking things out to be a part of Alabama’s national title win against Clemson on Monday.

Wise decision.

He also held true to his word about transferring shortly after the celebration.

Morris is reportedly planning to be a graduate transfer, which means he should be eligible to play immediately for a North Texas team that won just one game last season and will be under the direction of a new head coach.
