Kentucky added a home game against Toledo to its 2019 schedule on Thursday, according to ESPN’s Brett McMurphy.

The Wildcats already have home games set against UT-Martin on Nov. 23 and Louisville on Nov. 30, as well as a road matchup at Eastern Michigan on Sept. 7 for 2019 tentative schedule.

With Kentucky recruiting so heavily in Ohio, it makes sense for the Wildcats to add Toledo to the schedule. Mark Stoops has made it a point to expand the UK brand in the Buckeye State.

This marks the first all-time meeting between Kentucky and Toledo.
