Kentucky listed Drew Barker as its starting quarterback for its Week 4 game against South Carolina, according to multiple reports.

Barker was carted off the field after experiencing a back injury during the first quarter of Saturday’s 62-42 win over New Mexico State, the Wildcats’ first of the season.

Backup Stephen Johnson finished with 310 yards and three touchdowns on 17 of 22 passing in relief of the injured starter.

Barker threw for 334 yards, four touchdowns and five interceptions on 18 of 36 passing through his first three appearances.

Kentucky will face South Carolina at 7:30 p.m. EST on Saturday.
