Texas A&M quarterback Trevor Knight has no ill will toward Oklahoma.

In fact, the senior returned to Norman on Saturday to watch his former team take on Kansas State. He even sported a Sooners shirt after leaving the team as a graduate transfer following the 2015 season.

Knight looked to be on the rise with Oklahoma after he led the Sooners to a 45-31 win against Alabama in the Sugar Bowl. He torched the Crimson Tide’s defense for four touchdowns en route to being named the game’s MVP.

But he was never able to secure the starting job after that, with Baker Mayfield eventually taking over in 2015 as Oklahoma reached the College Football Playoff.

Knight, however, has found his groove at Texas A&M, leading the Aggies to a 6-0 record and No. 6 ranking. He has accumulated more than 2,000 total yards while racking up nine touchdowns both on the ground and through the air.
