Tennessee running back Jalen Hurd reportedly told teammates during a meeting Sunday that he plans to transfer.

On Monday, former Tennessee wide receiver and radio host Jayson Swain said on his program, The Swain Event Monday, that Hurd reportedly intended to leave the program.

“Unless something crazy flips in the next couple of hours, he is done,” Swain said of Hurd. “That’s what I’m hearing.”

Several other reports have indicated that Hurd told teammates he intended to leave during a team meeting Sunday.

Although Tennessee’s coaching staff has yet to confirm these rumors, its fan base has already reacted on Twitter.
