Amidst the hoopla of Super Bowl LI between the New England Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons, the Kentucky Wildcats football released their own version of a Super Bowl commercial.

While it might not be as entertaining as ones featuring puppies, Christopher Walken, or Doritos chips, it’s one speaking about the bright future in Lexington.

UK went 7-6 this past year. The season was punctuated by a 41-38 victory over Louisville (and Heisman Trophy winner Lamar Jackson) in the regular season finale.

As the Wildcats look to 2017, Mark Stoops’ team will return many integral athletes from a year ago. It will be fascinating to see how they truly stack up within the SEC East in 2017.
