If there’s one name in the Starkville area bigger than Dan Mullen and Mossy Oak, it’s Dak Prescott.

It was announced in February that Prescott would hold a one-day youth camp at Mississippi State, and parents and kids were obviously planning on attending this one for a long time. The event was held at Mississippi State University on Tuesday, and folks showed up in bundles to see their long-lost favorite son.

That’s obviously not a shock, seeing how high he took the Bulldogs’ program and what a splash he made as an NFL rookie in 2016. He was arguably the talk of the league, and it’s clear, fans in Dallas and Starkville alike share extreme love for the signal caller.

David H. Murray also shared the following photos via his Twitter account that shows what a huge turnout it was, despite being $149 to attend.

Participants learned fundamental football skills and had the opportunity to interact with their role model. Each participant received a souvenir autograph from Prescott and a team photo with him.
