It looks like fans may get to see a tie-breaker between the Crimson Tide and the Tigers.

Alabama and Clemson are no strangers to the College Football Playoff. The two teams have faced off in the CFP National Championship each of the past two seasons, and the updated odds to win the title from Bovada favor another matchup between the two schools.

Alabama now stands at 2/1 odds to win the championship following a 41-23 victory over Colorado State. The Tide are still the favorites to win it all, but they must make it through the dangerous SEC West and SEC Championship Game to get there.

Clemson is one team that has been on the rise over the past few weeks. The Tigers have taken down two, top 25 teams in Auburn and Louisville in back-to-back weeks. Clemson’s defense looked dominant in those performances, and the offense has shown growth under QB Kelly Bryant. Clemson now has the second best odds to win the title at 11/2 after being at 14/1 just a week ago.

The Tide took the national title in 2015 while the Tigers got revenge in 2016. Another matchup this season would provide the tiebreaker in what would certainly provide another epic battle between the two.

USC (7/1) and Oklahoma (8/1) round out the top four in terms of odds.
