There are plenty of lists out there of college football’s best Twitter accounts, but if you were to list college football’s most interesting Twitter accounts, it would be hard to find one better than Lane Kiffin’s.

The former Tennessee head coach and Alabama offensive coordinator, who now happens to be the head coach at Florida Atlantic, sent out a tweet on Monday that would indicate he has an issue with the media.

Does he really? Or, is he being sarcastic? It’s always hard to tell with Kiffin, because he seems to be good at Twitter.

Kiffin actually seems to be responding to quotes from Nick Saban on Saturday about positive media coverage being like “rat poison” to his Alabama program:

“I’m trying to get our players to listen to me instead of listening to you guys,” Saban said. “All that stuff you write about how good we are, and all that stuff they hear on ESPN, it’s like poison. It’s like taking poison … like rat poison! So, I’m asking them, ‘are you going to listen to me, or are you going to listen to these guys about how good you are?’”

Maybe Kiffin is just trolling. Here’s what he posted on Monday:
