It looks like the Georgia Bulldogs are getting some good news coming out of the bye week as they get set to take on the Florida Gators.

The Bulldogs are out to a 7-0 record, thanks in large part to a dynamic and talented defense. That defense will even get a boost for the annual matchup with Florida as it appears two Georgia defenders are set to comeback from injuries.

Head coach Kirby Smart said that DL Trenton Thompson and DE David Marshall should both be good to go for the matchup with the Gators. Marshall was dealing with a concussion but has been cleared for the game. Thompson sustained a knee injury in the Tennessee game and has missed the last two games for the Bulldogs.

Marc Weiszer shared Smart’s comments on Twitter:

Thompson, a junior, has performed well along the defensive front this year. He has 17 total tackles and 3 TFL on the season. Marshall has seven tackles so far this year.
