It doesn’t look like Calvin Ridley was a fan of the line of questioning directed his way after the Sugar Bowl.

The Crimson Tide posted a dominant performance in taking down Clemson Monday night. Alabama allowed just six points while QB Jalen Hurts threw two touchdowns to lead the offense.

Ridley did his part with the offense and caught four passes from Hurts for 39 yards and a touchdown in the game. When asked about the development of Hurts this season, Ridley gave a sideways glance at the reporter and seemed to dodge the question in his response.

“We won the game, we won the game today,” said Ridley. “We’re happy right now, we just want to enjoy it.”

Ridley went on to say that it feels great to be playing in a third straight national championship and that it is the reason he was drawn to Alabama:

“Feels good,” explained Ridley. “I came here to play for national championships I don’t play for bowl games.”

Ridley definitely didn’t appear to enjoy the questions he was asked, but he should at least enjoy the Sugar Bowl victory as the Tide prepare for Georgia in the national championship.
