The Tennessee Volunteers will miss this exciting player next season as DB Rashaan Gaulden announced he will declare for the NFL Draft Wednesday.

Gaulden is a junior DB who has produced two incredible seasons in 2016-17. He finished this season with 63 tackles, 3.5 TFL, and an interception.

Jeremy Pruitt already faces a tough task in turning around a team that went 4-8, but doing so without a talented player like Gaulden will be a tall task.

Here is the note to Vols fans that Gaulden shared on Twitter:

Gaulden finishes his Tennessee career with 137 tackles, 9.5 TFL, 1.0 sack, an interception, and 9 pass break-ups.
