Even without playing in a fourth quarter through six weeks, Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa looks like a Heisman Trophy frontrunner so far this season.

The sophomore has thrown for 1,495 yards, 18 touchdowns and no interceptions during his almost-unbelievable start to the year.

On Saturday night, someone tweeted at ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit, calling him out for saying Tagovailoa would win the Heisman after last year’s National Championship Game. Herbie fired back, saying he’d be proven right in two months:

It sure does look like Tagovailoa will win the Heisman if he keeps putting up the numbers he has been and the Tide keep winning.

Alabama is a juggernaut now, and Tagovailoa’s handling of the offense is a big reason for the team’s success.
