Tennessee OL Trey Smith may not be making an impact on the field as he works his way back from a scary situation where he had blood clots in his lungs, but that isn’t stopping him from making an impact in the Knoxville community.

Smith has gotten involved in charity work this holiday season, working with a group that is trying to provide winter coats for those less fortunate.

It’s great to see Smith giving back, and he noted that he wants to help a community that has helped him so much.

Having Smith out there in the community only inspires other Vols to get more involved.
