When it comes to Jalen Hurts Fever you could say Dez (has) caught it.

Former NFL wide receiver and Oklahoma State alum Dez Bryant spoke for college football fans everywhere when he tweeted Saturday afternoon.

“Nick Saban know Jalen hurts coming for him … ready for that playoff match up,” Bryant tweeted.

The potential for transfer quarterbacks like Hurts (and Justin Fields) facing their old teams make for fun storylines. In Hurts’ case, his highlight-filled execution of Lincoln Riley’s offense certainly has the Sooners looking College Football Playoff-bound.

Alabama, of course, is also marching to another postseason run. While Crimson Tide fans everywhere miss Hurts, UA is having no trouble scoring points with Tua Tagovailoa at quarterback. The way things are going, Tagovailoa and Hurts will likely be spending a few December days together in New York City.
