Tennessee is facing an uphill battle on Saturday night against Georgia, but despite what ESPN has listed in multiple places around its app and desktop web site, the Bulldogs are not playing the Lady Vols.

Dozens of fans pointed out the mistake, which appeared to remain on the app and web site overnight Monday into Tuesday morning.

As expected, the jokes poured in.

“The ladies basketball team might play better.”

“Don’t insult the lady Vols like that.”

“Tennessee sucks so bad they put up the Lady Vols logo.”

“Can it be seen as anything other than a troll job by @espn to continue to have the “Lady Vols” logo on Tennessee for their game against UGA even after countless people have pointed it out?”

Georgia’s won two straight in the series, which is tied all-time, 23-23-2. The game is set to kick off 7 p.m. ET on ESPN from Neyland Stadium. Georgia is listed as a 25-point favorite.
