The New York Giants are excited to add former Alabama DB Xavier McKinney to the roster.

McKinney was picked No. 36 overall on Friday night in Round 2 of the 2020 NFL Draft. New York celebrated its newest Giant with a fun Twitter video, mashing up McKinney’s Crimson Tide highlights with portions of a viral video of an NBC Montana reporter Deion Broxton’s encounter with a bison at Yellowstone National Park.

In case you missed it, here is Broxton’s original video:

Like the Giants suggest, if you see McKinney coming, it’s best to get out of the way.

McKinney was named third-team Associated Press All-American and first-team All-SEC by the end of his junior season before declaring early for this year’s draft. This season, McKinney registered an incredible 95 tackles last season, giving him 169 total during his final two seasons at Alabama, along with five interceptions and 15 passes defended.

In each of his final two college seasons, McKinney registered a pick-six. He was named Alabama Defensive MVP of the 2018 Orange Bowl as the Crimson Tide beat Oklahoma and eventual No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, Kyler Murray.
