Social media reacts to first half of Florida-Georgia
The World’s Outdoor Cocktail Party was all Georgia to start. The Bulldogs first play on offense was a 75-yard touchdown by Zamir White. The Gator offense went three-and-out offense, and the Bulldogs picked up right where they left off, going 61 yards over 6 plays to make it 14-0. Since then, however, it has been all Florida. The Gators are on a 38-7 run, up 38-21 at halftime (preparing to get the ball first in the second half).
The Gator defense has tightened up and the offense went to work. On social media, social media is in shock over what the Florida offense (411 yards of offense, including 341 yards passing) is doing to Kirby Smart’s vaunted Georgia defense.
This game may not even be close if Florida wasn't making so many mistakes. https://t.co/8h8v1SGoqX

Trask is just doing whatever he wants. It’s hard to remember he had a pick six he’s been so superb otherwise this half.

I mean. Wow. 38 in the first half. Did not see that coming.

Honestly can't believe Florida looks this good considering how wacky things have been for them.

Florida has the puck on its stick to potentially have 34 or 38 points by halftime against the No. 15 defense in the nation and the No. 1 D in the SEC

Florida has 312 passing yards with 1:44 left in the first half. Threatening to obliterate the 417 passing yards Alabama put on Georgia.

#Gators offense was running just fine and Mullen went too fast, confused his own team (seemingly freshman Henderson) instead of Georgia's well-prepared and stout defense. Very costly decision and bad throw on top of it.

I think Florida has executed four wheel routes for more than 100 yards. Kirby will be having wheel route nightmares.
— Ross Dellenger (@RossDellenger) November 7, 2020
If not Florida’s mistakes, Georgia would be getting ROUTED right now! Kyle Trask is straight up shredding these dudes

Kirby getting schemed up by Mullen. One open guy after another. Florida cuts out mistakes they walk away with this

Emory Jones at quarterback makes the Gators SO much easier to defend.#CFB2020

UGA don’t have nothing for these wheel routes
