This is what happens when you get embarrassed on national television on Thanksgiving.
After losing to the Houston Texans at home on Thursday by a 41-25 margin, the Detroit Lions have fired general manager Bob Quinn and head coach Matt Patricia. The team announced the news on Saturday.
Following the loss to Houston, Detroit fell to 4-7 on the season. The Lions are currently in last place in the NFC North division.
Patricia ends his tenure in Detroit with a 13-29-1 overall record in his two and a half seasons with the team.
