Leigh tweeted on Sunday that he would announce his commitment on Jan. 2 during the All-American Bowl. Other teams in the mix include Florida, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Clemson. He is listed at 6-foot-5 and 270 pounds. He is the top-ranked uncommitted offensive tackle in the country.

The 247Sports Crystal Ball has forecasts in favor of LSU, Oklahoma and Clemson.

“I feel I have to figure some things out,” Leigh said going into his decision, per Steve Wiltfong of 247Sports.

It is unclear if he’ll sign in December and keep it quiet until the show or wait to officially sign in February.

“It’s really close still,” Leigh said. “I’ve been talking to Clemson a lot more, I’m talking to Florida more. Other than that I’ve been steady talking to the three that were the top too.”

Leigh visited Oklahoma once during the pandemic and LSU twice. In January, he visited Clemson, but he also saw Florida during the pandemic and has been to Ohio State’s campus twice prior to the pandemic including a game last fall, Wiltfong reported.
