The Florida passing game has come a long way under Dan Mullen and Kyle Trask. The fifth-year quarterback and Heisman contender looked to be having an “off” day in the first half against Tennessee. Then people took a look at the statline: 21-of-28, 251 yards, 2 touchdowns.

Since the Gator ground game never got going up it was up to Trask to keep it going through the air in the second half. Trask finished with an impressive statline of 35-of-49 for 433 yards and 4 touchdowns, sure to boost his Heisman Trophy campaign while locking up the SEC East title for Florida. He’s also the only quarterback in UF history to have three 400-yard passing games in a single season.
