Florida big man Colin Castleton got his taste of the NBA Draft process, and has decided to return to school.

Castleton announced his plans on social media, and said the draft experience would help him continue to grow as a player and a person.

“I’m excited to announce I’ll be back at the University of Florida next season to continue competing with my teammates and working toward my degree,” he wrote. “I love being a Gator and I can’t wait to keep representing the orange and blue.”

The 6-foot-11, 231-pounder is out of Deland, Florida (Father Lopez Catholic). Castleton was a second-team all-SEC selection after he scored 12.4 points and grabbing 6.4 rebounds this past season.

Castleton had a strong NCAA Tournament, including when he had 19 points, 14 rebounds and 3 blocks in the win over Virginia Tech. Then, in 29 minutes against Oral Roberts, Castleton produced 14 points, 10 rebounds and 3 blocks. He was 5-for-6 from the field and 4-for-4 from the foul line.
