Saturday was another great day to be an Alabama fan.

Squaring off with No. 14 Miami at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the No. 1 Crimson Tide cruised to a 44-13 victory. Dating to 2019, this extends the program’s win streak to 15 games.

For LSU fans, Saturday was not nearly as enjoyable.

Making the 1,800-mile-plus trip to Pasadena to face UCLA, the No. 16 Tigers trailed by 17 points with 6:31 to play and ended up losing by 11, 38-27.

Since their magical 15-0 national championship season in 2019, LSU is now just 5-6 and has dropped two-straight season-openers.

A member of the Tigers’ 2001 SEC Champion team and now an on-air personality at ESPN, Ryan Clark took to Twitter Sunday wondering what it is like to be an Alabama fan.

Fittingly, former Crimson Tide All-American offensive tackle and current Jacksonville Jaguar Cam Robinson delivered a succinct response.

Alabama will welcome the FCS Mercer Bears to Bryant-Denny Stadium at 4 p.m. ET Saturday on the SEC Network, while LSU will also play a home game against an FCS foe, the McNeese State Cowboys, at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
