Mark Stoops is preparing Kentucky to face a Georgia team this week that has seen Stetson Bennett come on at quarterback as incumbent starter JT Daniels has battled injuries ranging from an oblique to a lat that have kept him out for stretches this season.

Stoops was asked on Monday about the difference between the 2 quarterbacks, and what they offer the Georgia offense.

“Stetson is doing a great job of just managing their offense, and making impressive throws when he has to,” Stoops said. “You saw last week quick strike when it’s there. You see him working it running their offense, so not too much different, no.”

Bennett made his third start of the season on Saturday against Auburn, while Daniels has been in uniform the last couple of weeks while recovering from the Grade 1 lat injury.

Georgia coach Kirby Smart said on Monday that Daniels is much-improved, and will throw some on Monday, but Smart would not be drawn into hypotheticals as to who starts.
