Lane Kiffin reacts to Ole Miss' 42-0 destruction of Georgia Tech
Ole Miss traveled to Atlanta on Saturday and delivered a beating to Georgia Tech, 42-0.
The No. 20 Rebels rolled up 547 yards of offense in moving to 3-0 on the season.
Transfer running back Zach Evans led the Ole Miss attack with 134 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns, while the Rebels defense allowed just 214 yards in pitching the shutout.
Ole Miss plays Tulsa next Saturday before opening its SEC slate with a home game against Kentucky on October 1.
After his team’s win over the Yellow Jackets on Saturday, Rebels coach Lane Kiffin met with the media to discuss his thoughts on the victory and some of his players:
On his team’s overall performance:
Coach Kiffin: "We challenged the guys after playing really well last week to come on the road and play well…they did that. Shutout on the road. We played every person we brought."
