Paul Finebaum isn’t going to take any chances with his prediction for Monday night’s College Football Playoff championship game between TCU and Georgia.

He expects the Bulldogs to win and win comfortably. Finebaum was a guest on Max Kellerman’s “This Just In” show.

‘[TCU] would need Stetson Bennett to have a bad game,” Finebaum said. “Also. on the other side, Max Duggan, the quarterback for TCU is going to have go to work on what C.J. Stroud did and torch the Georgia secondary. But having said all that, it’s still a long shot.”

Georgia will be looking to become the first team to go back-to-back during the short history of the College Football Playoff.

Finebaum went on to say that if the Bulldogs can pull off another CFP win, they would pass Alabama has the top program in college football.

“Alabama has won one national title in the past five years, Finebaum said. “I know that’s great for most programs, it’s not great for Nick Saban.

“Kirby Smart with two would definitely put his stamp on college football.”
