Kentucky announced a wave of transfer portal additions to its 2023 roster on Friday.

The Wildcats announced 7 new players who have signed with the program: Offensive lineman Ben Christman, offensive lineman Courtland Ford, defensive back Kevin Larkins Jr., offensive lineman Dylan Ray, inside linebacker Daveren Rayner, kicker Alex Raynor and running back Demie Sumo-Karngbaye.

Head coach Mark Stoops also released a statement on Kentucky’s newest group of players.

“We are excited about these new additions to the team,” Stoops said in a statement.” We have added three offensive linemen to boost our Big Blue Wall, a kicker for specials teams depth and a talented inside linebacker, defensive back and running back.”

Several of Kentucky’s new additions could have a chance to start next season, especially Raynor and Sumo-Karngbaye. Kentucky lost difference-makers at kicker and running back this offseason.

Overall, Kentucky has brought in 12 transfers so far this offseason. The group sits at No. 18 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
