The Georgia Bulldogs are now reaping the rewards of a convincing victory over No. 9 ranked Auburn last night as Mark Richt’s team rose in both the Associated Press Top 25 and Amway Coaches Polls.

In the AP Top 25, the ‘Dawgs sit firmly back in the top-10 at No. 9, a jump of seven spots. The rise in the Coaches poll was not as dramatic with Georgia receiving a bump of just four spots to No. 10.

Georgia seemed to be heading in the wrong direction with a loss to Florida just two weeks ago, but two consecutive blowout victories over Kentucky and Auburn have resurrected possible playoff and SEC Championship hopes with the ‘Dawgs latest top-10 ranking.

The Bulldogs are the second-highest two-loss team behind Ole Miss, who sits at No. 8.
