The Georgia Bulldogs opened their spring practice season with their first practice of 2015 on Tuesday afternoon, and head coach Mark Richt had some good news for Dawgs fans at the end of the day.

According to numerous media reports, Richt asserted that tailback Keith Marshall and wideout Malcolm Mitchell will not be held back in any capacity throughout spring ball.

Marshall missed Georgia’s last 10 games of 2014 with a high-ankle injury, while Mitchell sat out Georgia’s first four games with a leg injury but worked his way back into the lineup over the final nine games of the year. Both should have every opportunity to earn meaningful roles as seniors in 2015.

Richt also gave a funny quote regarding the team’s seven early enrollees making their Bulldogs debuts during Tuesday’s practice.

Something tells me it won’t take Richt long to figure it out.
